  • Engage with clients to consultatively sell our products and solutions. Engage with clients with a consulting mind set
  •  Engage with technical teams in client organization to answer all their questions interfacing with engineering team when needed
  •  Quickly learn in depth technical nuances of the product and confidently present to clients
  • Create and confidently deliver technical presentations to clients
  •  Understand client customization requirements and translate to engineering. Evaluate feasible customizations with least cost impact
  •  Builds productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities
  •  Sell technical solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • To structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients
  •  Interface with the implementation / project team, articulating customer requirement, to ensure smooth transition from Sale to Delivery
  •  Broad level of technical knowledge from networking to security to data centers to software to apps. Ability to self-learn and ramp up on skill gaps
